N.E.mation! III champions to be crowned on TD25 Day!

The N.E.mation! III Award Ceremony is just round the corner on 15 Feb 09. Your favourite teams need your support so come down to Suntec City Tropics Atrium to support them! The stage commemoration programme will commence at 2pm. What's more, you'll get a chance to meet them and view the props they used to make their clips at the N.E.mation! III booth.

15 Feb 09 also marks the 25th anniversary of Total Defence in Singapore. To commemorate this special day, we have lined up many exciting activities, of which the N.E.mation! III Award Ceremony is one. Highlights include the first ever TD Musical Revue, brought to you by Jonathan Lim and Bang Wenfu of Chestnuts fame. and the premiere of "Singapore 2034", a collection of five short video clips on TD made by students! Here's the details:

Another Proud Moment for N.E.mation!

Organised by Tokyo Broadcasting System, Inc (TBS) of Japan, the Digicon6 competition showcases the very best of digital content created by professionals and amateurs in Asia. Participating countries each vie to select the best entry to represent them in the grand competition ceremony to be held in Tokyo, Japan on 22 November 2008. 

In the Singapore leg of the competition, organised with support from the Media Authority of Singapore, Team HISTORY MAKERS of Fairfield Methodist Secondary School with their N.E.mation! II animation, titled 'SingapoResilent', has done us proud by winning the 2nd Prize; beating local professional entries. Team leader Rachel Chua received the award and prize money of S$1,000 on behalf of her team at the award ceremony held on 24th October 2008 at the Genexis Theatre, Fusionopolis. 

Besides 'SingapoResilent', 'Nation Moulders' by team JJ AVAC of Jurong Junior College and 'The Heartbeat of a Nation' by team RANDOMINK of Hwa Chong Institution are also among those to receive the Top 10 finalist Award. You can view the winning clips here.
